IT Support Analyst
In this role, the successful candidate is the first line of support for our ERP system and is primarily responsible for training and documenting current system processes, addressing day to day system gaps, and assisting with process improvements implementation. The position is also expected to champion the introduction and training of new information technology to fellow team members.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to include:
- Addressing day to day system gaps and ancillary systems, including inbound and outbound EDI queues
- Assist in requirements gathering, testing, implementation and training users on system and process improvements
- Assess current process flows, identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Champion introducing and training Team members on existing and new technology supported by the IT Department
- Master steward for IT-initiated reference documentations including ERP guides, troubleshooting guides, system setups, other Admin functions, as well as company standard operating procedures.
- Assist in report composition and building using analytic tools such as SSMS and Power BI
- Manage and maintain the Employee onboarding and offboarding IT infrastructure information and documents
- Other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or Computer Science, OR 3 years relevant and progressive experience in the IT industry
- Minimum 2 years work experience required – knowledge in a distribution business with clear understanding of the order to cash cycle and shipping/receiving concepts a plus
- Technical skills:
- Strong MS Office knowledge and skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- SQL, Sharepoint, Power BI, SSMS – higher proficiency skill level a plus
- Position is mostly remote with occasional meetups with the reporting manager
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
